The Cummins QuickCheck 5100 Handheld has everything you need to capture and monitor engine data quickly and conveniently. The QuickCheck 5100 comes with both QuickCheck CE and PowerSpec CE applications pre-installed.
The QuickCheck CE application allows you to monitor data via broadcasts over the public data-link as well as allowing users to read and reset fault codes. QuickCheck CE currently reads SAE J1587 / J1939 broadcast information for all electronic diesel engines (Cummins/Cat/Detroit/etc.). It can read a wide range of output parameters from an electronic engine, such as engine speed, coolant temperature, percent engine load, and oil pressure.
The PowerSpec CE application reads and resets trip and fault code information from Cummins on-highway engines. Trip information can be captured and then downloaded to a PC for QuickReport. Use the trip information to maximize performance with imposed speed limits and safety habits for improved fuel economy and driver safety. Increased driver awareness means reduced fuel cost and less wear. |
